Dr. Amal Molhem is a distinguished Emirati media professional with over two decades of experience in television, communication, and media consultancy. She began her career at Abu Dhabi TV, where she quickly established herself as a talented presenter and program producer, becoming one of the most prominent female figures in the Arab media landscape.

As the Founder and Chairperson of A.M Media, Dr. Molhem built a fully integrated media platform specializing in content creation, strategic communication, and cultural event management. She has launched several impactful initiatives, including the Hope Initiative, dedicated to supporting and empowering outstanding Arab youth in media, and the Elara Awards, an annual platform that celebrates creativity, talent, and meaningful storytelling across the Arab world and beyond.

In addition to her professional work, Dr. Molhem holds a PhD in Media and Mass Communication and has delivered numerous training programs and workshops in public speaking, presentation skills, media protocol, and effective communication. Her expertise and mentorship have made her a trusted reference in the field of media training and development.

Dr. Molhem is also active on the international stage. She is a member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (International Emmy Awards), a jury member for the Telly Awards, and part of the Society of Voice Arts and Sciences (SOVAS). She has also been a member of the UAE Journalists Association since 2006, contributing to strengthening the role of Emirati and Arab media globally.
