Entries
No. Any eligible young individual or team from Arab countries, or Arab communities in the U.S., Canada, and Europe may submit an entry. If you do not own the copyright of the material submitted, you must obtain written permission from the rights holder.
Yes. You may submit more than one entry, as long as each submission is independent and meets the competition guidelines.
Yes. Works published online are eligible as long as they were produced by the entrant, meet the originality requirement, and fall within the submission dates.
The submission portal opens on November 15, 2025 and closes on February 20, 2026.
No. All eligible entries are reviewed by the jury panel and go through the judging process.
No. All entries must be submitted directly through the official Elara Awards online form.
Subtitles
Yes. All entries must have clear subtitles in either Arabic or English, depending on the language of the work. Subtitles must be embedded in the video (separate files will not be accepted).
Yes. All dialogue and on-screen text must be subtitled in the same language (Arabic or English) to ensure clarity for the jury.
Categories
All entries are reviewed by the Elara team, and if necessary, your submission may be reassigned to a more appropriate category.
No. Each work can only be submitted to one category. However, you may submit different works in different categories.
There is no limit. You may submit as many works as you wish, as long as they meet the requirements.
Fees and Payment
No. Submitting entries to Elara Awards is free of charge.
Upload
All submissions must be uploaded through the official submission form on the Elara Awards website.
You will receive an email explaining the reason. Common issues include:
Poor technical quality (unclear image or audio).
Missing or incorrect subtitles.
Content not aligned with the competition rules.
