In an atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and shared vision, the Elara Awards officially launched in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi, under the leadership of Dr. Amal Molhem, media expert and founder of the awards. The organizing team held a consultative meeting that brought together members of the advisory board, judging committees, and award ambassadors, in preparation for the upcoming edition of the region’s most prominent creative event.
The meeting also witnessed the official announcement of the opening of registration for participation in the competition, which will run from October 25, 2025, to February 20, 2026, alongside discussions on development plans and strengthening collaboration among members ahead of the anticipated event.
The Elara Awards represent an Arab–international platform celebrating young creatives across various fields. The initiative aims to empower Arab talents and highlight their potential through works that embody human values and inspire positive change — in line with its belief that “every idea has the power to spark change.”
Award Categories
The Elara Awards comprise six main categories:
One-Minute Video: A creative space to deliver a powerful human message in just 60 seconds.
Photography: A single shot that tells a story, reflecting a human or social dimension that inspires viewers.
Commercial Advertising: A short visual piece focused on the strength of the message and its ability to persuade and influence.
Short Documentary Films: A concise documentary that narrates a human or social story in a realistic and engaging way.
Digital Platforms: Innovative digital content that adds value to society and creates a positive impact in the digital world.
Determined Voices: A category dedicated to People of Determination, highlighting their creativity, resilience, and unique ways of expression — proving that inspiration knows no limits.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Elara Awards extended an invitation to Arab youth from around the world to take part in this unique creative experience — one that celebrates talent and gives every voice the opportunity to make a difference.
